SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING TIME

 All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days* unless the ordered product is unexpectedly out of stock. Should shipping of your order, for any reason, be delayed more than 3 business days (for standard), we will let you know.

 All orders are shipped from our location in Lagos. 

After your order has been placed we will send a shipping confirmation email to you once your order has been dispatched.

ps. The confirmation email is sent to the email on your account or the one you include at checkout so please be sure this is correct if you wish to receive order confirmations. 

MY ORDER WAS NOT RECEIVED / INCORRECT SHIP-TO ADDRESS

NARGANICS company is not responsible for shipments indicated as “delivered” by our courier company. However, we will do our best to work with you should such points of confusion arise. If your building is not secure, we suggest requesting a required signature for delivery. Please contact our Support team via whatsapp on 07068974979 to arrange for signature delivery service with shipping.

In the event that a shipment was sent to an incorrectly entered address, the cost to reship is the sole responsibility of the ordering party.

NARGANICS company will do its best to amend incorrect addresses if you call or email us immediately. Kindly note in some cases the processing time can be same day and as such is may be difficult to ensure this can be done in all cases.
